Homemade lasagna noodles layered with butternut squash, Italian zucchini, carrots, and Japanese mountain yam with a cashew nut béchamel sauce.  Topped with shredded mozzarella.  Fully cooked and oven ready.  Just warm it up in your oven @350F until the cheese melts (about 15-20 minutes) and it's ready-to-eat.
